Training of the week

 

The pool season starts again and we come back  with the trainings of the week. As today is thursday we include an endurance training for the saturday morning:

 

WARM-UP:

  • 1 x 200m easy and very good technique.

 

MAIN SET:

  • 8 x 50m speed: swim the first 15m fast and the last 35m easy. Rest 30sc between intervals.
  • 12 x 100m aerobic. Rest 20sc between intervals.
  • 2 x 200m maintain a constant tempo and speed each round.

 

COOL DOWN:

  • 50m backstroke
  • 3 x 50m very good technique

 

TOTAL: 2400m
