TRAINING OF THE WEEK
In this training we are going to do a good technique work during the warm up and we are going to try to maintain it during all the sesion, specially in the fast sets of the main set.
- 2 x 100m IM
- 5 x 50m technique drills.
- 6 x 100m good position, focus in the body rotation, the recovery and in the arm extension.
- 4 x 100m build. Each set faster than the previous one, the last one to 90%. Maintain a good technique when you swim fast.
- 4 x 150m
- Odd: focus in the breathing.
- Even: maintain the stroke per length number.
- 5 x 50m very easy with good coordination.
