TRAINING OF THE WEEK

In this training we are going to do a good technique work during the warm up and we are going to try to maintain it during all the sesion, specially in the fast sets of the main set.

 

WARM UP:

  • 2 x 100m IM
  • 5 x 50m technique drills.
  • 6 x 100m good position, focus in the body rotation, the recovery and in the arm extension.

 

MAIN SET:

  • 4 x 100m build. Each set faster than the previous one, the last one to 90%. Maintain a good technique when you swim fast.
  • 4 x 150m
    • Odd: focus in the breathing.
    • Even: maintain the stroke per length number.

 

COOL DOWN:

  • 5 x 50m very easy with good coordination.

 

TOTAL: 2300m
